Winter School in Private Law, Wealth and Technology

The increasing relevance acquired by digital instruments, digital goods and digital wealth, has brought the urge to explore the relationship between private law and technology.
The legal professionals facing the contemporary private law challenges are asked to adopt an innovative and a multidisciplinary approach, especially in the wealth law field.
The aim of the Winter School is to give theoretical and practical instruments, vocabulary and competences to academics and professionals who want to be prepared to face a changing (and challenging) world.

The second edition of the Virtual Winter School in Private Law and Technology will take place, entirely online, from Monday, October 25th, to Friday, October 29th.

The 2021 edition focuses on wealth law and takes into consideration three profiles: wealth management, wealth conservation and wealth transmission.
