Every activity has a strong experiential connotation, as we believe putting ourselves to test in actual challenges – in informal contexts stimulating creativity to be fundamental, along with searching for innovative solutions, with the aim of developing the soft skills required to navigate the constantly-evolving job market.

Focus on talent

UniSMART is the Foundation of the University of Padua, one of the largest and major Italian universities: 13,000 graduates every year, over 70,000 students enrolled, and a total of 320 degree programs, master’s degrees and PhDs. This is the enormous set of talents and skills we cater to.

We plan our services by mixing up accounts by experts, professionals and companies, with academia technical-scientific competence. This is how we achieve a high added-value experience for all the people involved.

Armed with the experience that has taken us so far, we develop tailored-made initiatives to achieve our goals. We foster ‘turn-key’ projects, from concept development, to content creation, promotion, and organization.

Call for Ideas and Hackathons

Calls for ideas lasting a few days or entire weeks, during which students and newly graduates challenge themselves, alone or in teams, to come up with innovative solutions to design challenges launched by partner companies and institutions.

Company Tours

A unique chance to learn and make oneself known, by offering the opportunity to understand how a company works to students in related fields, by witnessing its processes, products and way of working up close.

Employer Branding Projects

Initiatives aimed at promoting corporate brand and culture, by offering an informal setting to share experiences, values and mutual needs. The goal is “becoming contaminated”, by opening up to moments of confrontation that foster a personal and professional growth.

Institutional Initiatives

We support the University of Padua in promoting and implementing institutional initiatives aimed at experiential training and career guidance, such as the Contamination Lab Veneto, Enactus Padova, and many more.
